SUBSCRIBERS AUTOMATIC-RENEWAL DETAILS:
Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Your iTunes account will automatically be charged at the same price for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period (another year for annual subscribers, another month for monthly subscribers) unless you change your subscription preferences in your Account Settings. You can manage your subscriptions through your Account Settings after purchase. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period.

WWD Never lets you down if youre into fashion business. Great content. Unfortunately automatic downloads are a bit of a joke and dont work at all. Hope for a fix.
Great magazine but once you have it it never work properly and there no customer service to help pyro with the problemssssss, the peoples working at their IT dep. dont know what there doing, now we dont even open it anymore cause it never work and it is more frustrating than anything else......if you want a good magazine try Journal du textile excellent magazine...
By far the worst app I have ever used. Completely unreliable, it logs you out and there is no way to log back in. Contaced the WWD cistomer care that was unable to solve the issue. Avoid, waste of money
Second month subscribing and still unable to get anything downloaded. The app charges me monthly but when trying to enter displays the message that I dont have an account. Contacted iTunes and WWD. ITunes claim they are not responsible for in app purchases while WWD not responding at all.
I have tried 3 times to renew subscription. Works for 1 day then tells me I do not have active subscription. iTunes shows as active but with dates wrong - eg, 6/20/17 - 6/20/17 instead of 6/29/16 - 6/20/17. Contacted iTunes who told me that they just sell the app. If it is broken WWD must fix. iTunes has refunded me each time but cannot address problem. Contacted WWD who said they just sell paper and desktop online subscriptions and cannot help with app. Rep was to have IT call me - of course that has not happened, nor have I gotten any response to app support e-mails. This is RIDICULOUS! PLEASE HELP
