WWD Never lets you down if youre into fashion business. Great content. Unfortunately automatic downloads are a bit of a joke and dont work at all. Hope for a fix.

Great magazine but once you have it it never work properly and there no customer service to help pyro with the problemssssss, the peoples working at their IT dep. dont know what there doing, now we dont even open it anymore cause it never work and it is more frustrating than anything else......if you want a good magazine try Journal du textile excellent magazine...

By far the worst app I have ever used. Completely unreliable, it logs you out and there is no way to log back in. Contaced the WWD cistomer care that was unable to solve the issue. Avoid, waste of money

Second month subscribing and still unable to get anything downloaded. The app charges me monthly but when trying to enter displays the message that I dont have an account. Contacted iTunes and WWD. ITunes claim they are not responsible for in app purchases while WWD not responding at all.

I have tried 3 times to renew subscription. Works for 1 day then tells me I do not have active subscription. iTunes shows as active but with dates wrong - eg, 6/20/17 - 6/20/17 instead of 6/29/16 - 6/20/17. Contacted iTunes who told me that they just sell the app. If it is broken WWD must fix. iTunes has refunded me each time but cannot address problem. Contacted WWD who said they just sell paper and desktop online subscriptions and cannot help with app. Rep was to have IT call me - of course that has not happened, nor have I gotten any response to app support e-mails. This is RIDICULOUS! PLEASE HELP

I love wwd however the app is horrible . I have been subscribing for several months and sometimes it opens and sometimes I cannot use it at all. I am going to stop subscribing bc I am losing my money

I was really looking forward to this app so I could read the articles on the train before getting into work. What a disappointment, it takes forever to download the issue regardless of 3G or wifi.

What a terrible app. I was able to log on, but it will not download. I have tried 5 times. One time it started, but it looked like to would take hours to to download one days edition. WWD should be embarrassed.

This update addresses many of the rendering lag issues of the first app (although it seems my automatic background downloading stopped working with the update - hopefully it will start again?). To be fair - its far better than a few weeks ago. However, they still have awkward navigation that should be addressed.

The downloading speed is terribly slow. and I waited a long time for just the PDF version. WWD should change its layout like the bonus sidebar thats the right way of layout on an iPad.

Wont update, pathetic downloading speed, too bad! Poorly developed! Will not sign in or remember me....I need to keep logging in each time

I had issues logging in and I emailed for assistance and got a response within 24 hours. I can now log in and so far am very happy with the app version.

This was not what I expected and cancelled the subscription via email within an hour of purchase. Made sure settings were set to not automatically re-subscribe every month and I am still being charged every month and havent downloaded any. Dont subscribe unless you are sure you want this mag.

The quality of the images get worse with every issue. Please FIX!

Finally!! WWD launched its very first digital version of WWD!! Congrats! LOVE IT x 10k times!!!

I just added WWD to my iPad and I just cant get enough! Love it!!!!

After only a couple weeks of having the app, my iPhone shows, when I go to Settings to "Manage Storage" that, even with apparently no saved PDFs of daily WWDs, the app (itself only a handful of megabytes big) was consuming a entire gigabyte of my very precious 16GB iPhones memory! Deleted the app from the newsstand and the gigabyte is gone after reinstalling. If the app cant manage its size more efficiently, theres no way Im leaving it to consume 10%+ of my entire iPhone... Ironic that its just a paper daily paper. LOL

Automatic downloads do not work, it crashes almost every time I open it, and its uses a HUGE amount of disk space (especially if you keep any back issues). But the *worst* problem with this app is that, despite paying for the digital subscription, I cannot access beyond the pay wall if I want to read WWD on the web. Awful! Im considering canceling this iPad subscription. Too bad.

Content and format is great, which makes the unreliable app so infuriating. Every morning I get my coffee, try to download the daily WWD, then scream obscenities at my lovely apple device.
