Every time I click on an article it crashes and customer service hasnt responded for days!

No automatic downloads Constant crashes Hugely expensive Tech support is ABSOLUTELY clueless I would give this ZERO stars if possible. For a company this large like Conde Nast you think a magazine app would be easy to create.

This has been the status quo for years. Completely unacceptable.

I wasnt pleased that the paper edition was discontinued, but I accept it. It comes with the times. What I dont accept is that this app does not work properly. Most of the time, once I reach the screen with the list of articles, upon tapping on the article I wish to read, the app crashes. When I select any issue, the table of content only lists 3 articles! Awful!

An embarrassment of an App for such a respectable (former) daily newspaper...!!!

Fix this app! Crashes whenever I try to download articles and the daily paper isnt downloading either - skipping days as well. Paid good money for a yearly subscription, to not be able to read it. This app needs to be FIXED NOW!

Used to be great to read on iPad. Now like everyone else says the links to the web stories crash. If it can get fixed Ill up my rating based on the "print" version being good which Im sure will continue with the weekly version.

This app used to be buggy and clunky but it was at least functional. But now, since the last update, it logs you out and DOESNT LET YOU LOG IN. I actually have both the iTunes subscription and the WWD Print/Digital subscription (due to an overlap in renewal timing) and neither works. Logging in through iTunes doesnt work and entering email & password doesnt work. I have tried deleting the app and redownloading, have made sure my software was up to date, have checked and rechecked my subscriptions, everything. This has been the case for several days. Nothing works. I have emailed both iTunes and WWD several times with NO RESPONSE. I am paying for a subscription that I cant even use and no one has bothered to return my emails about it. Very upset, might have to do a charge back on my credit card.

Confusing, no search, PDF pages, TOC doesnt work. Whole thing is kind of a giant mess, which one wouldnt expect given the industry and design focus.

This app is horrible! I purchased the subscription in March and have submitted multiple requests for help stating that the app doesnt recognize my login and only shows me the Wednesday issues for the entire. iTunes customer service told me my only recourse now is to ask my bank to get involved in getting a full refund since WWD support doesnt care to respond to my requests for help. HORRIBLE!!!! Dont by this app!

I purchased this app in January and loved it! I dont know what happened but all of a sudden it would not let me access my subscription and NO ONE from WWD or iTunes could tell me how my account got lost and how to access it. I will get a refund but I still need this subscription so I will, very reluctantly, repurchase it. But if you can, it may be better to just get the actual physical subscription.

The app wont let you login and its difficult to reach support. Dont download.

Have an annual subscription, which Im going to ask for refund, if the app is not quickly fixed so that I can access content...what is the problem???

App will not open. Crashes and returns to Newstand. PLEASE FIX or refund subscribers!!!

I downloaded the app but now its permanently stuck "installing" and wont let me open or delete. Waste of space. I should have read the reviews, or taken a hint from the lack thereof for the current version and the many horrible reviews for older versions. Now I dont know how to get it off my phone. Ugh!
