WWD downloading daily paper hangs at 98%

Oct 19 2014. Havent been able to read the paper into weeks. Hangs at 98 or 99%

This is a persistent problem with this app. They have reported it as fixed but it is not. The app allows you to download the daily edition of the paper in a PDF form. The download is very very slow and often locks up at 98%.
